Practice Logix, Inc. aquires Provider Edge, LLC.

(June 1, 2008) As part of ongoing efforts to focus on physicians and their practices Practice Logix has aquired Provider Edge, LLC and all of its assets. Practice Logix moves into a new phase with continued support and upgrades to the ePS system. We are committed to meeting our customers needs by having a system that is easy to use, improves productivity, and lowers cost.

Provider Edge, LLC Formed.

(August 1, 2006) For Practice Logix to continue the focus on physician billing and practice services it was necessary for the Schyrver Medical / Practice Logix joint venture to end. As part of this change the company's infrastructure was reborn as a completely new corporate entity Provider Edge, LLC. All the functionality our customers have come to expect from the system remain. But, along with the name change comes a new management team with an aggressive attitude towards improving service. Building upon the proven technology customers can expect to see a dramatically more efficient billing network and the impending expansion of the system's functionality.

Joint Venture

(May 1, 2004) Practice Logix and Schryver Medical have entered into a joint venture. The combination of Practice Logix's technology and Schryver Medical's 11 years of billing experience will bring customers improved communication, improved customer service, enhancements in billing and continued enhancements in the software package. Schryver Medical's experienced and knowledgeable sales force will facilitate in making this a successful venture.
